Friends,
My Reiki journey began in 1998 when I started to practice Reiki and use
the energy. I had been studying world religions and the healing energy
that comes with a connection to our highest self for many years. So, Reiki
found me at the right time.
In 2005, I opened Herbana Natural Concepts Spa in Houston with the intent
of creating a center that focused on holistic wellness. My Reiki practice
quickly flourished, and in 2007, I received my Reiki Master-Teacher certification
through the International Center for Reiki Training in beautiful Sedona,
Arizona. Today, I am happy to be able to share this gift with my staff
and my clients at Herbana.
Clients immediately feel the energy when they walk in the door at Herbana
… that is Reiki! Many have seen miraculous changes in their life
with Reiki; and I can personally attest to the sense of well-being and
peace that you will continually receive when Reiki is part of your life.
Today, I
have an international teaching practice with students coming from around
the globe to our training camps in Nepal and to our weekend intensives
in the USA. I encourage anyone who loves to combine their energy work
with the outdoors and travel to make the trip and come to the 3 day Reiki
Camp in Nepal. Add trekking, Tibet tour, a stay at a Tibetan Buddhist
Monestary, or any other spiritual adventure to your stay. Please check

When you do the camp, or sign up for any HN adventure, you help the dalit
(untouchable) community of Nepal, who we hire for guides and camp helpers.
This community, which has been oppressed for thousands of years through
the caste system, benefits greatly from the healing energy and positive
attitude of our Reiki students. They are truly wonderful people.
